After struggles in his much anticipated comeback season, Michael Schumacher’s first priority was to make his 2011 Formula 1 season far from lacklustre. Sticking it out with the Ross Brawn led team of Mercedes GP Petronas with his compatriot, Nico Rosberg, Michael was determined to regain his winning ways. This mission may not have been one-hundred-percent successful however Schumi’s race pace noticeably improved over this Red Bull dominated season, making 2012 look like a very hopeful year indeed.
Thankfully, no stray dogs interrupted events at the Buddh International Circuit, today. Through the dust, Sebastian Vettel drove away with a Grand Slam and Michael Schumacher came home with a fifth place. Red Bull Racing and Mercedes have made the most of the new surroundings.
